Intro to Doubles Silks & Intro to Doubles Lyra
Working with a partner can open up a world of creative possibilities. In this workshop, we will cover the basics of duo fabric or lyra.
Prerequisites: Must be comfortable getting into cross-back straddle, hip key, and climb to the top of the fabric multiple times in succession.
Rolling Up, Rolling Down
Hip key roll ups got you down? In this workshop, we will break down the technique needed to perform hip key roll ups fast and slow, and introduce drills to help you master this move. We will then apply what we've learned to slowly unwind down from a star drop.
Prerequisites: Clean hip key from the air.
